Why should you bother with coaching?
Most of us feel blocked or a little unclear at some point in our lives, especially when we are going through a transition, which most of are, most of the time. The DIY approach also often can only get you so far, it often helps to have an outside perspective on things, it can unlock insights and unblock action. But it needs to be a perspective that has depth and breadth, one that helps you find the answers to your own questions.
Why coaching with me?
I am not an ordinary coach. I think of coaching as finding and shaping your ‘Life Strategy’. This approach can turn what feels like a challenging time into an opportunity for growth and transformation. My approach combines my experience as a cognitive psychologist, award winning strategist, c-suite leader, creative thinker and artist to help you look at things in a different way. It can be as simple as a quick intervention that helps see the situation differently and defines next steps. It can be a longer term engagement, using my ‘Living Conviction System’, first developed for the Centre for Democracy & Peace Building Fellowship Programme. It depends on the person, their needs and their resources.
I work with all kinds of people from University students, Olympic Champions, Global C-Suite executives to people entering retirement.

One on one coaching can make a big difference
Most of us spend most of our lives in what are known as ‘transitions’ where things are not stable, not certain. They can be challenging to say the least.
Because change is not easy, you can read self help books, listen to podcasts, but it’s hard to know whether the conclusions you are drawing are the right ones and it’s even harder to stay on track.

A proven system designed to help you do three things: Reflect better, Reveal what’s most important and Realise those ambitions.
How to think about exploiting what you are currently good at whilst also exploring what your future may hold.
What’s included
‘Living Conviction e-book, with a proven system for self discovery and action.
4 X 60 mins sessions, over 4 months: To review after each area in the e-book and then a follow up.

What’s asked of you
You can start as easy as you wish, usually about an hour a week, outside the one on one sessions, works well for most people and most schedules.

LIVING WITH CONVICTION self- paced coaching PROGRAMME
A SELF-PACED PROGRAMME THAT WORKS AROUND YOUR TIME
If one-on-one is too much of a commitment, this self paced course might be for you. You get access to all the tools and systems from my real-time coaching programme, but you do it in your own time, at your own pace.
With the Living Conviction Programme you will be given the tools to explore your assumptions, find what’s most important and find how you can make the changes you want to make.
You’ll also join a community of people who can help you along the way.

One individual 1:1 coaching session with me and follow opportunities for advice : Deep dive into a specific topic at the start, middle or end of the coaching program.
What’s asked of you
The self paced programme does require some discipline but it is easy to follow and you can do it when you have the time - there are no time constraints on finishing the modules or the course.
On average, each of the three core modules take about a month, but they can be done much faster if you have the time and the commitment.
